Jason and Amie got hitched at the beginning of July at the Alta Peruvian Lodge inside Little Cottonwood Canyon. Their wedding was relaxed, beautiful, and classy. They incorporated some family traditions and also created their own. A great mix of pink, brown, whimsical and romance. A very special thanks to Cameron Johnston for second shooting with me for this wedding. Art for Arts Sake

Its hard to figure out what to title this photo shoot because it was created purely for myself. Often times as an artist you have all these thoughts spinning around in your head and the best way to express it is to create something visual. I've had these images in my head for over 6 months now and I had to get it out of my system for my own sanity. I'll admit that most of my work is bright and colorful. I wanted to create some images that I felt were more of the opposite end of what I photograph on a daily basis. I contacted Jayme and she was excited about my idea so we scheduled the photo shoot. I searched for weeks for the perfect dress for her to wear and hit dead ends every time. I finally decided that Jayme was going to wear my wedding dress. The day of the photo shoot came and my dress fit Jayme like a glove. I love creating art for arts sake.
