Occupations: Nikki- manager/stylist at lunatic fringe sugarhouse
Johnny- owner/stylist at lunatic fringe parleys

How the couple met: at a business training

How he proposed: he tricked Nikki into giving a welcoming speech at the company Christmas party. Little did she know it was his plan to get her in front of the whole company so that he could ask her to marry him!

Bridal shower/Bachelorette party: At Cafe Trio in Cottonwood on the patio

Bachelor party: Waldorf in Park City

RECEPTION

Wedding music: mix of lounge, 80's 90's Pop, and Greek Music

Wedding song: I got a feeling, Black Eye Peas

Menu: 3 different kinds of sushi, lamp chops, massaman beef, teriyaki chicken, saffron rice, chapche noodles, salad

Cake: So cupcake, various flavors, greek desserts, and mom's famous cowboy cookies

Colors: orange, coral, gold, white

Theme: modern with a touch of Asian influence

Flowers: red, orange, and yellow tones. roses, james story orchids, fern curls, coxcomb, dahlias

Décor elements: orange hand fans, Asian themed favor boxes

Unique details: Greek tradition party favor with jordan almonds inside. It symbolizes fertility.

MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT

Bride's answer: the whole night was memorable! The ceremony was my favorite part. I love that we had our closest family and friends speak at it and we wrote our own vows.

Groom's answer: When Nikki was walking down the aisle it was really emotional for everyone. I couldn't get over how stunning she looked and the song was perfect.


HONEYMOON

Place: Maui, Kauai

A memorable moment of the honeymoon: Being ultimate tourists and trying a lot of excursions, but also sitting on our patio looking out on the ocean, drinking coffee and playing rummi 500!


WEDDING ADVICE

Give your vendors, and people involved their artistic freedom and don't stifle them with too many guidelines. That way they can do what they do best, and they are the expert in their craft, so they know best!
