Utah Bridal Photography - Colby + Eric - Pumpkin Patch

One thing I wish I had on the wedding day was several hours with the bride and groom creating beautiful portraits. However, most weddings are on a tight schedule and there is limited time for the formal family pictures and the bride and groom pictures. The wedding guests are getting restless and hungry while we work as quickly as possible to get all the shots in the time given. Sometimes the weather can effect the out come of the wedding pictures or even fighting against sun light itself. Winter weddings can be tricky because you never know if it's going to rain, snow, or be sunny. Then the sun often sets around 5pm which gives you only so much sun light to work with. That's why I love doing bridal sessions with the groom before or after the wedding. It's a grantee that you'll have beautiful portraits of the two of you. If you decide to do the pictures together before the wedding then you can have some nicely framed pictures at the reception or combined them with your engagement pictures for a guest sign in book.

Anyway, I'm thrilled that Colby and Eric decided to do a bridal session together at the new Oquirrh Mountain Temple and a nearby corn maze. They are getting hitched at the Oquirrh Mountain Temple and having a ring ceremony and reception at the point on November 14, 2009. Check out the pics from the bridal session.
